Quick Milk (“Quick Milk”, “we”, “us”, “our”) wants you to be happy with every purchase from QuickMilk.pk. Because our products are food items / consumables, we’ve written this policy to protect customer rights while keeping hygiene and logistics in mind.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements
- Requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion or product.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition and packaging as when delivered — except when the claim is for a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
- Perishable items (opened, partially used, or items past expiry) are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect on delivery.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number / invoice) when requesting a refund or replacement.

2. When We Accept Returns / Refunds
- Damaged on arrival, defective, or incorrect item delivered: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund (including any shipping paid).
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse: Returns may be accepted only if the product is unopened, in original condition, and you return it at your expense unless otherwise agreed. Some promotional / final-sale items may not be refundable.
- If a replacement isn’t available, we will issue a refund.

4. Returns — Shipping & Collection
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged in transit), we will cover return shipping or arrange collection.
- For returns not due to our error (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
- We may require you to return the product to an address we specify; returns must be properly packaged to avoid further damage.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect a returned item (if a return is required), we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged. Financial institutions may take extra time to post the refund.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if the product shows signs of use beyond normal inspection or is missing parts not due to our error.
7. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible; the standard return process applies.
